Santa Clara Valley Veterinary Medical Association membership is by calendar year and offered to qualified individuals only.

Individual Membership for 2025:
DVM: $225 RVT: $150
Managers and Assistants: $150
Officers of the Association (President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer), Newsletter Editor, Speaker Coordinator and CVMA Delegate are exempt from payment of all dues.
These prices reflect a membership valid through Dec 31, 2026.

Hospital Membership: $600
Hospital membership is for up to 5 employees that work in the same veterinary facility and is valid through Dec 31st, 2025. The $600 fee reflects a discount of $105 per member. Additional employees are $150/membership.
